This workshop provides the material for you to study and prepare for your Level 1 certification in MDS. Participants are encouraged to have groin protection, comfortable workout clothes suitable for working on a mat. Practice knife, escrima stick, water and snacks.
Wear your costume, teach us your favorite technique, have goodies, drinks and great times with one another. Those 21 and over, can taste test St. Brendan's Mead.
